Every person attending camp must submit both the individual registration and waiver forms to their church. Each church must submit the waiver forms at check-in in July 10th. Each church should bring their camper’s registration forms with them in case of emergency. Please hold on to them during the week.

Forms: All forms are at the bottom of this page for you to download and print.

Churches: Each church must submit a church registration form (at the bottom of this page) by June 25th.

Insurance: Churches', please remember to bring a copy of the Certificate of Liability insurance with you to camp and submit it at check-in or send in advance to admin@stonebridge4u.com.

  • Register by April 15th with $50 deposit per camper - Cost is $330

  • Register between April 15th and May 15th with $50 deposit per camper - Cost is $345

  • Register between May 15th and June 16th with $50 deposit per camper - Cost is $360

  • Register after June 16th with $50 deposit per camper- Cost is $380
